Duane - My Love
Soul-mates are people who bring out the best in you.
They are not perfect but are always perfect for you.
This is my Husband, Duane! He is a wonderful man, complicated *haha* But all that I need to make me happy. He's a huge sports fan, loves his Nascar and his U of M football the most, even more then me sometimes! :-) Just kidding, but I am sure some of you can relate. Duane and I met on the internet, I know it sounds crazy, but many people find happiness there, others aren't so lucky. Here you will find out more about Duane.
This is my son Jason. He was born 7-17-1991, happiest day of my life. He's a good kid, his nickname in school has always been "smiley" He gets that from his Mom :-) We don't always see eye to eye, but I know Jason loves me more then ever and I hope he knows I love him more then anything in this world. He's my little man. Just not so little anymore. :-)
This is Duane's son, Chris. He was born 1-14-1991. Chris as you can see loves football. He plays football for Huron High School. Chris is a good kid, he is very helpful and a very caring kid. I always wanted another child, so I am happy to call Chris my own. I have raised him the last 6 years and am very happy to have him in my life.
Friendships may come and go...

This is my Dad. The greatest man to ever live. He has now passed away and I miss him terribly. He had the ability to make you smile no matter how sad you may be. He had many gifts he brought to our family and he will always be a part of me, so long as I live. He gave me life, structure and appreciation for life. My Dad loved his life and his family.

This is my Mom. She is everything to me, she has always been someone I could talk to. She has guided me through the good and bad times in my life. She is always honest with me and I can't imagine my life without her. She's been a wonderful Mom and the most amazing Grama my kids could have. She's an incredible woman!
This is Tina, my lil sis and my only sis. She's so wonderful, she has made me very proud. She's got a great heart and she has grown over the years. My sister and I didn't get along to well as children, but as soon as I moved out of the house, we became friends. We have shared so many good times, she has always been there for me. I have not always been there for her and regret them times more then she will ever know. I can't imagine not having her as my sister now and really wish we had been that close all our lives, who knows how different life would of been. Maybe it was for the best, we could of gotten ourself in ALOT of trouble. *haha*
In my friend, I find a second self.
This is my Maria. I met her after I met Duane. She is Duane's cousin Tommy's wife and now my best friend. Maria and I have shared things many friends never share. We shared our hearts very early in our friendship. I felt I could trust her from the start and I guess she must of felt the same way. We have so much fun together. She makes me laugh so much. The 4 of us have become very close, it's a wonderful thing. I hope we always have the closeness.

This is Ronda, we met when our kids went to school together. We became friends pretty quickly. We could talk for hours about anything. We went a couple years without talking, we lost touch with one another. I divorced and she moved to Virginia. We finally got back in touch and it was the same, hours of talk time. She's a wonderful lady and a great mother. Her life is starting over, now that she is divorced and she deserves to be happy. I know she will find happiness. Maybe she already has ;-)

Andrea - My Friend
This is my friend, Andrea. These are her neices at The Tiger's game. One of Andrea's loves is baseball. She loves her Tigers. Andrea is a wonderful woman and a great friend. Someone I admire and respect very much and someone I am very happy to have in my life!
Only an Aunt can give hugs like a mother, keep secrets like a sister, and share love like a friend.
Aunt Bobbie and Uncle Bill
This is my Aunt and Uncle, my favorites. My Aunt is my Mom's sister. We have pretty much always been a very close family. Moves apart have seperated us in distance, but has never seperated our hearts. They are both wonderful people who I consider very special. I love them both very much and I am so happy that they are back close to us all.
This is Vern - Duane's longtime friend
I would not swap for the favor of the kings of the world.
Vern and Duane have been friends for a very long time. I have gotten to know Vern and I have fallin in love with him as a person. He is an amazing man. He wears his heart on his sleeve and would do anything for anyone. He is a good natured person. He loves his outdoors and he loves living up north. He has lived there for a very long time. I am so thankful to have him in my life. I am so happy Duane shared him with me.
This is "JR" My Cat, he is a great cat. He is so cute and playful. Duane didn't want to get another cat after the loss of my other 2 cats. I wasn't going to either but "Free Kittens" How do you pass that up? I couldn't and didn't. I knew when he seen me smile, he couldn't say No to me either. So here he is, all growed up and still cute as ever. My kids and Duane will tell you, they come second to Jr but what can I say. He stole my heart and he makes me smile. Don't ya just wanna kiss him :-)
I have friends in overalls whose friendship
My Newest addition to my family. "Skippy" is his name. He was a stray I found and took it. Oh he is just wonderful. The most loving cat and gentle cat I have ever owned. He's a good boy and a welcomed member of my family, now anyways. He was not really wanted by all. LOL He stole all our hearts now. Even Jr's and Maxine's. :-)
