Halloween '07
This is the kids in the neighborhood just before the party started. We had them all get together for a picture. This isn't all the kids, just the kids that arrived early enough for the first photo. My son Jason is the kid with the red cape and red horns on.
Justin and Collin arriving to the party. Collin is my cousin Becky's son, he is the one dressed as Freddy Krueger.
Kid's going on the Hay Ride. This is the first year we have done the hay ride for the kids. I really think they enjoyed it. Ray, my neighbor took the kids for most of the night strolling through the community. The kids loved it. Duane did make a round with the kids as well. Definetly something we will continue to do for the kids. We will do it a little different next year, maybe make it a bit more scary for them. It was a fun night and the hay ride was a complete success for all.
Here's Ray Ray startin up the Tractor. Hmmm maybe next year we can give the ole tractor a bath? LOL Ray is a great guy, he is alot of fun. I think he enjoyed himself that night as well. :-)
More kids taken a ride. What a beautiful night we had. It was a bit chilly but over all a great night.
Here's my boy.. I wasn't sure what he was suppose to be. Devil of some sort then he tells me he is a "Horney Devil"
Guess this means a pair of "Horney Devils"? Oh My!
This is Andrea, my friend and our property manager. She is great fun and the kids adore her. My kids especially. She is very good to them, always making them feel welcome to stop in to her office or her home LOL To say Hi or help them with homework or with life problems. She's an angel in disguise for tonight :-) She made the whole night a happy place to be. Thanks Andrea!!

I have to say. I worked all day and was not thrilled to go tonight, but I wanted to share it with the kids so Duane and I headed down for the party. I knew that party was scheduled but had forgotten what day it was. On my way home, Jas stopped me and showed me his costume and Andrea hollered out to me, you going to the party??? I said well, maybe! Had I not seen them on the way I would never of remembered the party was tonite. I am so thankful I went, I had a wonderful time and I really enjoyed seeing the kids enjoying themselves. Jason was right in the mix with the other kids. Chris hung out with us adults and later on through the night. He took Collin's mask and went and hid through the community, jumping out at the kids on the hay ride. Was great fun! So all in all it was a great family night and I think we all had alot of fun. Makes me look forward to next year!! Hope you all have a Happy Halloween. Trick or Treat!!!! :-)
