I had a very good weekend. I had a good day at work Saturday. I wrote up 2 offer's, which means I may of sold 2 homes. The one buyer I believe isn't going to be able to get approved, however, I am hoping to be able to still work with them. The other one, is pretty for sure. So I am excited. (;-) It is so hard right now to try and sell homes due to the shitty economy. So my Saturday at work was a spirit lifter when you write up 2. Rather they go through or not, it still makes me feel good LOL

Saturday night as usual I got together with Maria. We went out to her house this weekend because it was Tara's birthday. For the last several years, Maria and I have done her girls birthdays. Not that I really do anything but I have been a part of it for awhile now. I think I missed Madison's this year because I had something else I had to do. Tara had asleep over with a couple girls. I really do enjoy being a part of it, mostly because it's time I spend with Maria, doing 'mommy' things LOL I have boys and there parties aren't the same LOL So, she has some loud and crazy 12 year olds. We had cake and icecream and the whole birthday thing, it was fun. I have to say, Madison's are usually a bit more fun, only because the girls are a little older and I can relate a bit more. However, this year Tara's friend Madeline was so excited when Tara got her new Taylor Swift CD. Oh you could just see how happy she was and jealous in a sense, she even said so LOL To be a child again, with that much love for someone, even if it's a singer LOL Just was so cute and refreshing. Even thought it was loud and over the top LMAO I enjoyed the hell out of it. Maria and I watched, Trailer Park Boys. Not a great movie, then we watched a great movie on lifetime network. Oh they have good movies, I wish I could remember what it was called. It was about sisters and one dies and leaves her sister with her 5 amish children. She was far from amish, she was a city girl. It was very emotional at times but truly a great story. I enjoy the hell out of my Saturday nights with Maria. I look forward to them every week and when I don't get to see her, it's just a suck ass kind of weekend.

So, then on Sunday at work, I once again had a pretty decent day. I think I may have another potential buyer. It was funny because my boss, Lynn is filling in at one of our other locations and she called on Saturday and I was busy she was not. So Sunday she called me and she had been real busy and I had a good potential buyer so it was a great weekend for us both. I have to say I am glad that she too is filling it, I think it will help her to understand the ups and down days we have with our traffic of people looking for housing. I love what I do and when you can feel good about your day at the end of the day, all is good. Makes you look forward to going back to work! (:-) Only downfall is weekends. I hate working weekends, I despise it! Nothing sucks ass more then not being able to be off allllllllll weekend.! My Sunday isn't so bad, 1-5. Works because Saturday nights, I am up at least til 3am. Makes me think of that song 3a.m., I can still hear David singing that song to me! LOL! Oh what a way to bring a smile to my face LOL Anyways, that's my weekend. May not be as exciting as yours, but I was happy as hell with it!!! TTFN
